The NCSSA Hall Of Fame Committee is honored to announce the induction of Mr. Donnie Parks into the North Carolina Skeet Shooting Hall Of Fame.

Donnie Parks has been a great contributor to North Carolina Skeet Shooting. He shot from 1978-1991 and 2009-Present. He and his father, William D. Parks, owned and operated Tar Heel Gun Club, a six skeet field facility that hosted many NC State Open and State Closed Championships, in Advance NC for many years. Mr. Parks been a silent supporter of North Carolina Skeet Shooting through his business, Parks and Son, Inc., a shooting supply giant.

Even though Mr. Parks took a hiatus from shooting between the years 1992-2008, he has recently found a new love for the sport, and being able to shoot with his son Josh, he has come back in his old form.

  • 1st person to have a <.9900 HOA average in North Carolina
